Ana Colesnicov is a professional opera singer from Moldova. Beginning at age of 6, she studied classical piano for eleven years. She also practiced classical dance and soon after ballroom dancing, in which she acquired first place at various competitions. She earned her BA in Opera Singing at the Conservatory of Chisinau in Moldova. During her studies at the conservatory, Ana won first place at republican voice competitions as well as performed multiple times at the Organ Hall, Philharmonic Hall, National Library, and other major venues. For 8 years, she studied opera singing with soloist of the National Opera Theater and Honored Artist of Moldova, Ivan Cvasniuc. She also participated in different master classes in Italy, Romania, and Spain. After finishing her studies, she moved to Italy where she became a semi-finalist of the Anita Cerquetti competition in 2013.
